The memory foam cushion from ZenPur arrived in a typical shipping box for our test. This was undamaged on arrival and could be opened easily by removing the adhesive strip. The packaging offered sufficient protection for the product, which was also hygienically wrapped in a plastic sleeve. In addition to the memory foam cushion measuring 60 x 40 cm, the package contained instructions for use in English with clear illustrations.

The memory foam pillow makes a very good visual impression. The cover is made of bamboo and the inside is made of memory foam. The workmanship of the pillow is high quality, there are no visible seam defects and the transitions are neatly finished. The zipper is easy to open and close. The product is also characterized by its stability . In terms of sustainability, the pillow is machine washable at 30 degrees and is made from allergy-friendly materials. The product is also Oeko-Tex 100 certified and comes with a 10-year guarantee . However, it should be noted that the pillow may smell unpleasant at first. The manufacturer therefore recommends cleaning the cover and then leaving the pillow to dry for at least 72 hours.

However, some reviewers complain about a strange smell when unpacking and find the pillow too hard and too high. In our practical test, the positive effect on sleeping comfort was confirmed, although individual preferences regarding firmness should be taken into account. We also noticed a strange smell when unpacking, but this dissipated after a few days by washing the cover and leaving the pillow open.
