The first impression when the package containing the memory foam pillow from KNERST was opened was positive.
The product was delivered in a large cardboard box together with other products of the brand, so that the product protection could not be assessed individually. However, it was particularly pleasing that there was no unnecessary packaging waste, which indicates a certain level of sustainability.
A plastic bag around the pillow served as protection for transportation and hygienic storage.
The product was found as described and in perfect condition .
Instructions for use were not included. As the use of the cushion is fairly self-explanatory, this was not necessary. Washing instructions were provided, which makes care easier. Overall, the first impression of the product was very good and met expectations.

The sleeping comfort of the memory foam pillow from KNERST was perceived as very pleasant by the test subjects, as the pillow adapted perfectly to the individual body weight and was suitable for all sleeping positions. It supported the neck and spine very well, which led to restful and pain-free nights.
Cleaning the pillow also proved to be uncomplicated, as both the inner and outer covers were washable at 40 degrees, which made it easier to care for the pillow and ensured a hygienic sleeping environment.
In terms of functionality, the memory foam pillow met all expectations. The memory foam retained its shape and was breathable at the same time, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment. The use of the hypoallergenic CosyPUR memory foam and the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification guaranteed good skin compatibility and minimized the risk of allergic reactions.
