The practical test has shown that the Mallie® Montessori Busy Board fully fulfils expectations. The safety is particularly positive: All elements are firmly mounted and there are no loose parts or sharp edges. The various movement elements such as zips, buckles and Velcro fasteners are safe and easy to use. The board remains stable and shows no signs of wear even when subjected to intensive use, e.g. pulling or tipping tests.
The texture of the material ensures a pleasant feel and prevents the risk of injury.
The user-friendliness is also outstanding. All elements are ergonomically positioned, clearly arranged and easy to reach.
Both children and adults agree that the board is easy to use and fun. There are no recognisable obstacles or frustrations when playing. Particularly practical: the two inner sides of the board can be easily separated so that the child is not overwhelmed.
The manufacturer’s recommended age limit of three years and up is realistic and sensible. Younger children could also have fun with it, but the board only develops its full potential from this age.
The Montessori Busy Board from Mallie® offers a well thought-out combination of play and learning, impresses with its high level of safety and user-friendliness and is an excellent choice for toddlers from the age of three.
