Unfortunately, the mop attachment was packaged with a plastic film, which could be replaced with a more environmentally friendly alternative. The manufacturer has taken care to provide clear and comprehensive instructions that make it easy to start up and use the product.

In the practical test, the HELDENWERK mop attachment proved to be easy to fit and extremely stable. Throughout use, the attachment remained firmly attached to the Dyson hoover without loosening or wobbling. The manoeuvrability of the mopping head was particularly impressive: even hard-to-reach places under cupboards and radiators could be reached effortlessly .
The mop pads were also easy to replace and clean and showed no material changes after drying. The control clamp proved to be very practical, as the button does not have to be constantly held, which makes cleaning much easier.
The reinforced gear technology, which makes the product more robust and durable than many competing products, was also impressive. Only the cleaning performance for stubborn stains could be a little stronger.
Overall, however, the mopping attachment makes everyday cleaning considerably easier.
