BestBreathe nasal filters are an uncomplicated and chemical-free solution for filtering dust particles and pollen. The nasal filters also capture animal hair , metal shavings and similar particles in the size range from 20 to 60 micrometres. They are very quick and easy to use : the nasal filters are inserted into the reusable nasal dilator supplied, which can also be used without the filters. A small storage box is also included, in which the nasal dilator and filters can be stored hygienically. A total of 30 pieces are included so that they are sufficient for a whole month. The disadvantages include the somewhat coarse structure of the nasal filters, which can be perceived as unpleasant by some people and may irritate the nasal mucosa. In addition, the filters can only be used once and must be disposed of after use.

The product arrived for our test in a neutral shipping box , which was in perfect condition and could be opened without any problems. Inside the box, we discovered the green product packaging with an attractive illustration and product description printed on it. The product packaging itself was also in very good condition and had no defects. The product was housed in sturdy plastic packaging and the nasal filters and nasal dilator were packed in hygienic plastic bags labelled BestBreathe. A small plastic zip bag was also included to store the opened nasal filters, as well as a small storage box and detailed, multilingual instructions for use. Overall, the product left us with a high-quality and reputable first impression.

The visual appearance of the BestBreathe nasal filter impresses with its attractive and functional design, which is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The workmanship is very good, with the material being light and flexible, but somewhat scratchy in texture. The stability of the product should also be emphasised. It remains very stable when inserted into the nasal dilator and does not slip, which ensures safe use.
There is no information on the sustainability of the product; although high-quality materials are used, it is only intended for single use.

The fit and comfort of the BestBreathe nasal filter are good overall. It fits comfortably, although slight pressure points or a certain discomfort can be felt. However, these are not very bothersome and over time you get used to the wearing comfort so that it is less noticeable. In terms of breathability , the nose filter allows almost unrestricted breathing with minimal resistance, ensuring comfortable use while wearing.
Odour perception also remains unhindered; the nasal filter does not block the sense of smell at all, so that all odours can be fully perceived. In addition, the nasal filter does not make any noise when breathing, which contributes to a quiet and unobtrusive wearing experience.
In terms of visibility when worn, the nasal filter is inserted into the nasal dilator , which is made of transparent material and is therefore barely visible . The nasal filter itself is black in colour, but is not visible as it sits deep in the nasal entrance area. Overall, the product offers a good combination of comfort and functionality without restricting the perception of odours or sounds.
