After unpacking, the test report of the oil, the certificate and the organic CBD oil itself were in the packaging. There was also a cannabinoid analysis certificate in the packaging. Instructions for using the product can be found on the product packaging. The oil is supplied in high-quality outer packaging with a leaflet in a pipette bottle made of light-protective glass. The product consists of 90 % hemp seed oil and 10 % organic hemp extract from the female hemp flower. The oil is also unfiltered, but still has a mild taste. Contact details are provided and the customer is kindly informed that the German customer service can be contacted at any time using the contact details given. All in all, this is an exceptionally well thought-out and customer-friendly way of shipping a product.
