The GoLab outdoor first aid kit made a very good impression in our test. The quality and immediate usability of the set should be emphasized as everything is already sorted. The set also complies with DIN 13167 and includes two disposable medical masks, a whistle, a CPR respirator mask and first aid instructions in German and six other languages. Thanks to its small pack size and sturdy outer cover , the bag can be taken anywhere. The two enclosed snap hooks mean that the set can also be securely attached outside a rucksack.

The Outdoor First Aid Kit from GoLab arrived for our test in the typical shipping box, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged. The product itself had a simple paper sleeve with a detachable emergency card and contact information on it.
The robust EVA case provides optimum protection for the contents, and the accessories set can be stowed in any suitcase or rucksack thanks to its compact dimensions. Belt loops on the case and two supplied carabiners allow the set to be attached to both the belt itself and the rucksack. The typical white cross on a red background allows the emergency set to be identified quickly and without any doubt.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging used was damaged.

In addition to the medical products, the outdoor first aid kit contains 2 medical face masks, a whistle, two snap hooks, a CPR respirator mask and first aid instructions in German and six other languages. Inside the pouch is the expiry date of the sterile medical products and a note that the plaster items should be checked annually.

The first aid kit is made of robust EVA plastic and has a practical belt loop on the back. The box is in an eye-catching shade of red with a white cross, which makes it easy to identify in an emergency, and the front is also appropriately labeled.
When the set is opened using the sturdy zipper, the pouch splits into two halves. The inside of the box is divided into small compartments in which the medical products are neatly sorted. The medical devices and some additional parts are also packed in plastic.
Overall, the bag makes a robust impression and there is nothing to complain about in terms of workmanship. Information about sustainability can be found on the sleeve. Due to the high-quality materials used, we assume a long service life.

The first aid kit is recommended for private use, especially outdoors. The bag is easy to open thanks to the robust zipper. The outer attachment of the accessory set is also very easy thanks to the belt loops on the back and the two carabiners supplied can be easily inserted into the loops.
The medical products can be removed neatly and purposefully thanks to the internal dividers. Whether the whistle or other non-sterile products should be individually wrapped in plastic is a matter of opinion.
In short, it’s a great product for providing first aid in the event of a medical emergency.
