In addition to the appealing but simple design, the product impresses with its high-quality materials. In summary, it can be said that the pizza box with hinged lid proved to be a very functional and high-quality product in our practical test. It made it easy to prepare the pizza dough and effectively protected it from drying out in the fridge. The versatility of the box also allowed it to be used as a proofing box for the dough. It is important to follow the care instructions to avoid scratching the surface.
All in all, the pizza box is recommended to all pizza lovers who want to bring the pleasure of pizza from the Italian pizzeria home.

The pizza ball box from Gamadi arrived for our test in a typical shipping box. This was undamaged on arrival and could be opened easily by removing the adhesive strip. Due to the type of packaging, the product was optimally protected from external influences. Product protection was therefore fully guaranteed and the puzzle mat was delivered in perfect condition . Unfortunately, the packaging is not fully recyclable. Nevertheless, the product leaves a very good first impression.

The pizza ball box makes a very good visual impression. The material is dimensionally stable and there are no visible processing defects . It is made in Germany and consists of food-safe PP-C (polypropylene copolymer), which feels very high-quality and robust .
There is no sustainability seal on the product page or on the packaging. Due to the high-quality materials used, we assume a long service life. However, the product is suitable for recycling.

The pizza box proved to be extremely practical for preparing the pizza dough. With enough space for kneading and rising the dough, it was easy to use. The dough retained its consistency and the crispy pizza base was reminiscent of the taste of an Italian pizzeria.
The box is made of food-safe and pollutant-free material, which confirms its quality for handling food. No unpleasant odors or tastes attributable to the material were detected in the test. The dough remained fresh during the proofing process and was not affected.
The practical handling of the pizza box was demonstrated by its size of 30x40x7 cm, which fitted perfectly in the fridge. The hinged lid securely enclosed the dough and prevented it from drying out. It was easy to open and close and was easy to carry, which was another space-saving feature in the fridge.
The box could also be used as a proofer for sourdough or yeast dough , as it provided sufficient space for the dough to rise.
When caring for the pizza box, it should be noted that the surface is sensitive and can be scratched .
It is therefore recommended to use plastic pizza scrapers to avoid scratching the surface. Cleaning by hand is simple and effective, the box is also suitable for the dishwasher.
