The mat is versatile, lightweight and practical. It insulates well and is thick enough to provide comfortable resistance without sinking in. Particularly noteworthy is the mat’s good insulation, which completely prevents contact with the ground and allows you to sit comfortably. The storage bag supplied is also well made and practical. The mat is easy to fold and stow away, making it a practical companion when out and about.
