The first impression of the RedStar24 Premium antenna cable is very positive. Visually, it has a sleek design in black and white that blends in well with any technical environment. The workmanship is excellent: the robust sheathing and the precisely manufactured plug connections ensure an exact fit. The connections look solid and are well made, ensuring a reliable connection. In terms of stability, the cable makes a very solid impression. With an outer diameter of 7.2 mm and a solid inner conductor with a diameter of 1 mm, the cable is extremely robust. The transitions between the cable and connectors are also stable and well made. RedStar24 does not provide any specific information on durability, but the high-quality materials suggest a long service life , which reduces the need for frequent replacements.

In our practical test, the premium antenna cable from RedStar24 was put through its paces. The cable is equipped with an IEC plug and an IEC angled socket and is therefore suitable for tight installation conditions and difficult installation locations. The tests showed that the plugs are firmly seated and ensure a reliable connection to prevent interference. Testing the signal quality in conjunction with a television set revealed stable transmission with clear picture and sound quality. The cable proved to be insensitive to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). Signal integrity was maintained even under demanding conditions. These included the simultaneous use of electrical devices such as a mixer in the immediate vicinity or repeated bending of the cable. During the three-hour long-term test to check the heat development of the cable, no excessive heating was detected, which indicates good heat resistance .
Overall, we rated the RedStar24 Premium antenna cable as a reliable option for long-term use due to its high quality, signal integrity and robust construction.
