As part of our practical test of the RFID Blocker card from PURISTO , we were able to comprehensively verify the manufacturer’s advertising promises. A functional test with RFID-enabled cards showed that none of the cards tested could be read as long as the blocker card was present. This shows that the product actually works. In addition, the signal blocking test at various angles showed that the card could not be read at any angle, which indicates perfect signal blocking. The moisture test also confirmed the quality: after exposure to water, the blocker card worked flawlessly and retained its blocking ability. The range test showed that the RFID card could not be successfully read at any of the tested distances under the influence of the Blocker card, indicating that all signals were completely blocked. Finally, the blocker card proved to be versatile and worked in all wallet types tested without any restrictions. Overall, the PURISTO RFID Blocker card fulfils all expectations and offers reliable protection against data theft.
