When you pick up the product for the first time , you immediately notice the firmness and stability of the toe spreader. It is elastic and returns to its original size after being pulled.
Overall, the rubber toe spreader has a good and solid finish.
The toe spreader has a width of approx. 2.5-3 cm, so it can be assumed at first glance that it can be used on feet and toes of different sizes .
The storage bag included with the product is black and ensures that the toe spreader can be stored discreetly and cleanly after use.

The toe spreader was subjected to an extensive practical test.
Due to its width, the product is comfortable to wear on the toes as the pressure of the stretched band is well distributed over the toes. The width also means that nothing cuts uncomfortably into the skin.
The product can be stretched well and widely, depending on the force exerted by the big toes, it can be pulled very far apart.
Due to the product dimensions, the toe spreader is suitable for small, medium or larger feet and is therefore a universal size.
In terms of slip resistance, the product is impressive: thanks to the non-slip surface of the rubber, it adheres well to the toes and did not slip during any exercise in the practical test .
The versatility of the product is emphasised in the booklet supplied – here, a total of four different exercises are clearly illustrated on small graphics that allow the exercises to be quickly imitated.
Overall, this is a high-quality and well thought-out product that can help to reduce hallux pain and relieve tension in the feet .

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.5 stars. One criticism is that the massage ball was missing from the premium set . On the other hand, the effectiveness of the exercises and the high slip resistance are emphasised positively . In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the exercises are versatile and efficient and that the band stays in place when exercising. However, the criticism from consumers regarding the lack of a massage ball was incomprehensible.
Prices of up to €12.99 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very affordable products are available from as little as €6.59 . The basic version of the toe spreader training band from Sanmedix is therefore currently in the middle price segment with a price of €10.99. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio is very good.
