The initial deformation of the shower hose was easily removed thanks to brief rinsing with hot water.
The shower hose impresses with its visually appealing design and the fact that no scratches can occur on the shower wall or other walls due to the nature of the material. Another positive aspect is that the ‘Double Twistfree System’ prevents the hose from twisting during use.
The simple installation without tools and compatibility with standard threads round off the positive picture.
In addition, there are no unpolished edges or manufacturing defects on the product.

The shower hose from Prisma came to our test in a typical shipping box, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged .
The box contained the shower hose. The customer was also provided with detailed operating instructions, which made it easier to use the shower hose.
No plastic was used for the packaging of the shower hose, but in this case the product was fully protected, so that the shower hose was in perfect condition. For this reason, the packaging is fully recyclable.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging was damaged.

After unpacking, there was one item on the kitchen table, namely the shower hose, which can be used by simply screwing it into the given G1/2″ thread.
Particularly noteworthy is the instruction manual, which explains the installation of the shower hose to the customer in an understandable way using pictures. The special feature of the operating instructions is that they explain the use and installation to the customer in five languages.
This makes installation and use easy.
A telephone number can also be found on the packaging.
All in all, we can still speak of a very good way of despatching the product.

We tested the Prisma shower hose and were pleasantly surprised by the new shower hose right from the start.
The shower hose initially arrived rolled up in the packaging and was therefore slightly deformed. However, this soon disappeared once hot water had flowed through the hose.
There were no problems worth mentioning during installation, as the dimensions of the thread correspond to the usual threads and installation is easy even without tools.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.6 stars. One criticism is that the shower hose starts to leak after one or two years. Many customers like the fact that the dimensions are suitable for standard shower hoses and that the materials used are of very high quality. In our practical test, we were also able to confirm the positive points, but we could not confirm that the hose leaks after one to two years, as only a long-term analysis will show this.

In our test, the shower hose from Prisma is therefore in the middle price segment with a price of €21.90. The price ratio is good for the quality and range of services you get.
