The sleepi® Comfort pillow was packed neatly and securely. The packaging, which is adapted to the size of the product and is completely plastic-free, is particularly positive. Instead, sustainable shipping paper was used. The cushion itself was rolled up and placed in a high-quality fabric bag with a drawstring, which makes for environmentally friendly storage.
The delivery included the cushion and cover as well as a lovingly designed product card with information and notes on customer service. The enclosed instructions for use were self-explanatory. The environmentally conscious packaging concept thus impresses with its sustainability and protection of the product.

The sleepi® Comfort neck support pillow impressed with its high-quality materials in the test. The visco-memory foam used ensures a gentle, pleasantly soft feeling on the skin and adapts ideally to the individual contours of the head and neck. At the same time, the material remains breathable, promoting a pleasant sleeping environment.
In terms of dimensional stability, the pillow fulfils high ergonomic requirements. It offers reliable support and is characterised by its excellent recovery behaviour – it immediately returns to its original shape after each use without losing any of its support.
Another plus point is the effective temperature regulation. The ventilation channels integrated into the pillow core allow air to circulate continuously, preventing heat build-up. This makes for a cooler, more comfortable sleeping experience, especially for people who tend to sweat at night.
The ease of care also contributes to the pillow’s suitability for everyday use: The removable cover can be easily cleaned in the washing machine, ensuring hygienic use. The test also revealed that the pillow is completely odourless – no unpleasant chemical vapours or manufacturing odours were detected.

On the Amazon platform, the sleepi® Comfort pillow is rated with an average of 4.1 stars (as of 23/01/2025). Customers particularly praise the excellent pressure relief, the breathable materials and the pleasant sleeping experience. Many report significant improvements in neck and shoulder complaints.
Points of criticism mainly concern the perceived softness, which is too low for some side sleepers. Another negative aspect is the occasional mention of a chemical odour, which does not completely disappear even after prolonged use. In our test, we were unable to substantiate the negative points in the reviews.
Prices of up to €132.99 are charged on the internet for equivalent products. Very affordable products are available from as little as €29.99 . The sleepi® neck support pillow is therefore currently in the upper price segment with a price of €99.99. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio is very good.
