For our product test, the maxVitalis stair climber shopping trolley was delivered in the company’s own cardboard box, which was labeled with the product name and the company logo. The box was in perfect condition and could be opened easily without additional tools. Inside the box, the shopping trolley was folded up in a large plastic bag. The two 3×3 wheels were individually packed and still had to be fitted to the trolley. Another component, the transport strap, was also packed separately. Unfortunately, the use of unnecessary plastic packaging is not a sustainable solution and should be replaced by environmentally friendly alternatives.
The enclosed step-by-step instructions with pictures proved to be very helpful and easy to understand. This made assembling the wheels and using the trolley extremely straightforward.
