The product protection was exemplary. The office chair was delivered without scratches or soiling, which indicates careful packaging and handling during transportation.
Although the packaging was environmentally friendly overall, plastic was still used. A more environmentally friendly alternative could be considered here to further minimize the ecological footprint.
All the necessary individual parts of the office chair were included in the packaging, so assembly was straightforward . The scope of delivery met expectations and was complete.
The enclosed instruction manual was clearly written and provided with informative pictures. There was also a helpful explanatory video, which made assembly much easier and contributed to the positive experience.

The smooth-running and low-noise multifunctional castors ensured mobility.
