The Thai Grill & Hot Pot is packaged with great care to ensure that it is optimally protected during transport. The sturdy cardboard box provides a reliable protective layer that ensures the product arrives at its destination undamaged. Despite the absence of unnecessary packaging waste, the use of plastic film could be viewed critically by some consumers. The product packaging contains a Thai Grill and Hot Pot, four wooden tongs, a cookbook, a comprehensive accessory set (two plates, chopsticks, sauce bowls, spoons, and wooden tongs), a large BBQ soup spoon, a Santoku knife, and Thai BBQ sauce. Multilingual instructions for use are also included .

As part of our practical test, we thoroughly examined the Thai Grill & Hot Pot and documented the results using the specified test methods. The thermostat control allows the temperature to be adjusted quickly. The product reaches a sufficiently high heat just a few minutes after being switched on. The heat distribution on the stainless steel grill surface appeared to be even: meat and vegetables cook at the same time and develop a nice crust. At the same time, the broth in the hot pot ring simmered evenly. Ingredients such as vegetables and mushrooms were gently cooked without the soup boiling excessively. After grilling, the removable non-stick pan was easy to remove from the base. Thanks to the coating, hardly anything stuck to it, and residues could be removed with a soft sponge or directly in the dishwasher. The well-thought-out design significantly reduces the amount of cleaning required. The appliance is easy to use. Thanks to the combination of grill and hot pot functions, there is no need to switch between multiple appliances and no additional pot is required. The only criticism: the surface area is limited for larger pieces of meat or very large groups – but it is absolutely sufficient for two to four people or for moderate grilling and fondue sessions.
