The Thermometers from CREANO arrived in the typical shipping box for our test, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was undamaged delivered.
The box contained the thermal mug (including a removable drinking lid) and there was also a detailed description on the packaging Manual imprinted which in about 2 languages was to read. The thermal mug was wrapped in recyclable paper, so that the packaging protects the product from scratches and dirt! The product protection was in this case completely given and the thermal mug was thus in one perfect condition.

After unpacking, there were three items on the kitchen table. Next to the Thermometers was still there in our test an instruction manual, which was printed on the packaging. Because the Manual and Product Notes auf die printed packaging were saved, resources are saved.
Particularly noteworthy is the Manualwhich in about 2 languages the customer understandable explains the areas of application of the tea glass. In this case, it can be used without any problems.
An Email address and Phone number could unfortunately not be found on the packaging or in the instructions.

On the platform Amazon Consumers give the product an average rating of 4,4 stars given. It is criticized that the thermal mug is not dishwasher-safe and that it can easily spill over when drinking.
