The NEXTCOVER trekking bike saddle arrived for our test in a typical shipping box. This was undamaged on arrival and could be easily opened by removing the adhesive strip. This type of packaging provided the product with optimum protection from external influences. Product protection was therefore fully guaranteed and the bicycle saddle was delivered in perfect condition . The packaging is also recyclable. The product therefore makes a very good first impression.

First, the trekking bike saddle must be mounted on the seat post. Once the old saddle has been removed, the product can be attached to a candle post using the clamp or, after removing the pre-assembled saddle clamp , to a patented post. The required mounting material (open-end wrench, spirit level, Allen key) is not included in the scope of delivery. After aligning the saddle, you can start your first bike ride straight away.

Even after sitting for a long time, we did not experience any unpleasant pressure points or pain in the seat area. The Volume Air suspension also absorbs shocks and enables a smooth ride despite bumps. We particularly like theergonomic shape of the saddle, which is suitable for both men and women. The special design of the saddle surface optimizes air circulation, so that no sweating or sticking occurs even in hot temperatures. The manufacturer includes two spoke reflector sets with the described product for additional safety. These are quick to fit(clip system) and approved for road use in accordance with the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) .
