Also convincing were the good slip resistance on various surfaces, the knife-friendly surface, and the different sizes for various foods and cutting tasks. The space-saving storage in the wooden stand proved to be practical.
One minor criticism arose regarding ease of care. The cutting boards are not dishwasher-safe and must be washed by hand. While this is common for wooden boards, it is a minor drawback compared to dishwasher-safe plastic boards. Another point of concern is the use of plastic film in the packaging. Although it reliably protects the boards, more sustainable alternatives would be preferable from an environmental perspective.

Overall, the packaging made a very good and well-thought-out impression during the test. The three cutting boards were securely delivered in a sturdy product box and were additionally wrapped in plastic film inside. This reliably protected the wooden surfaces from scratches and external influences during transport. The individual cutting boards were securely held in place inside the box and could be easily removed after opening to prepare them for their first use. The included instructions were also a positive feature . They are available in German and English and convey the most important information on setting up, cleaning, and caring for the cutting boards in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. One minor criticism concerns the use of plastic wrap. While it provides reliable protection for the wooden surfaces, from an environmental perspective, more sustainable alternatives made of paper or cardboard would be preferable.

All three boards are cleanly crafted and show no cracks, scratches, or protruding pieces of wood. The surfaces appear evenly finished, and all components give the impression of being sturdy and durable. In terms of stability, the cutting boards performed well. The solid acacia wood conveys a high degree of sturdiness and is well-suited for regular use in the kitchen. Treating the wood with a suitable oil provides additional protection and extends its lifespan. At the same time, it protects sharp knives, helping them retain their sharpness longer. The set made a positive impression in terms of sustainability. Acacia wood is a durable and natural material that can be used for a long time with proper care. Compared to plastic cutting boards, wood is also a more environmentally friendly alternative.

The cutting board set achieved very good results in all categories during practical testing. The boards remained securely in place when used on various surfaces thanks to their non-slip feet. This allowed for controlled cutting. When used with sharp knives, the acacia wood surface proved well-suited for cutting and gentle on the knife blades. Thanks to the three different sizes, a suitable board could be used for various cutting tasks. Storage was also practical. The three boards could be stored upright in the included wooden stand to save space. During use, the surfaces proved to be clean and evenly finished. The cutting boards could be used for various foods such as meat, bread, vegetables, and herbs. The surrounding juice groove helped catch any liquids that dripped off, keeping the work surface clean. Cleaning afterward required little effort. The cutting boards were washed by hand and then set aside to dry. The only minor drawback regarding ease of care was that the cutting boards are not dishwasher-safe. While this is common for wooden cutting boards, it is a slight disadvantage compared to dishwasher-safe plastic cutting boards.
