The wine cooler from Paully’s makes a positive impression at first glance. The product is delivered in a classic shipping box, which is supplemented by a separate box to protect the product. Bubble wrap has been used here to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation. The packaging of the wine cooler also demonstrates a high degree of sustainability , as only recyclable, renewable and high-quality materials such as paper and cardboard were used.
Opening the packaging reveals that the contents are complete and in perfect condition. The set consists of a pourer, a bottle stopper, a foil cutter, a bag and two wine cooling rods suitable for all bottle sizes. The enclosed instructions for use are clearly written in German and make it easy to use the wine cooling rod.

Our practical test of the Paully’s wine cooler has shown that the manufacturer largely lives up to its advertising promises. The functionality of the product is impressive, as it is quick and easy to use. The wand is threaded onto the decanter and when the bottle is full, some wine needs to be poured in to prevent overflow when the wand is inserted. After about 10 minutes, the wine has cooled down and can be served without any problems.
The wine cooling rack is also easy to clean, although there is no information on dishwasher suitability. It is therefore recommended that the wine cooling rack is cleaned by hand to ensure its longevity.
Another positive aspect is the fit of the wine cooling rod, which fits different bottle sizes thanks to its two lengths. This makes it versatile and enables optimum cooling of the wine.
During our test, we did not notice any undesirable changes in taste . The wine cooling rod does not affect the taste of the wine and therefore enables an unadulterated enjoyment experience.
It is important that the wine cooling stick is placed in the freezer compartment for at least 2 hours before use to ensure sufficient cooling. This information should be taken into account when using the product.
