The cabin case from the GROOVE Line was delivered safely and carefully packaged. The packaging is functionally designed so that the case remains optimally protected during transport. When unpacking, the case is free of scratches, dents or other damage, which indicates good quality assurance. The packaging itself consists mainly of plastic film and bubble wrap, which provides excellent product protection but is not the most sustainable solution. A more environmentally friendly alternative would be desirable.
In addition to the case, the scope of delivery also includes a small, practical card with the most important product information and customer service information. A separate, detailed instruction manual is not included, but this is not a negative factor as the use of the case is self-explanatory. Overall, the first impression is of a high-quality and well thought-out product.

The modern and elegant design of the cabin case catches the eye at first glance. The choice of colours is versatile, so that the model can be easily adapted to individual preferences. Our test model in black looks particularly timeless and elegant.
The workmanship leaves a positive impression. There are no sharp edges, open seams or visible production faults, which indicates high manufacturing quality.
The ABS material used feels robust and resistant, while the polyester lining has been neatly finished. It is particularly pleasing to note that all moving parts – especially the zips, handles and wheels – are robust and have no visible weak points.
As there is no detailed information on the origin of the materials or environmentally friendly production, information from the manufacturer would be desirable. However, the high durability of the case helps to conserve resources as it can be used for many years. The manufacturer also offers a 30-day return guarantee if the product does not meet expectations.

In our practical test, the cabin suitcase is not only visually impressive, but also functional. The two-stage telescopic handle is stable and can be locked at different heights, making it easy to adjust to your height. Even when fully loaded, the handle remains reliable and does not give way. The rubberised carrying handles on the top also make it easier to lift and carry the case.
The four 360° double castors run particularly quietly and smoothly so that the case can be pulled or pushed effortlessly over various surfaces. The castors glide without blocking or creating unnecessary resistance.
The interior layout of the case is well thought out and allows for efficient organisation of luggage. One side is equipped with elasticated packing straps that securely hold the contents in place and prevent them from slipping. The other side has a partition with a zip, which also has two mesh compartments for smaller items. This is particularly practical for travel documents, cables or toiletries that need to be within easy reach.
The combination lock also makes a solid impression and works perfectly. It offers basic protection against unauthorised access, but could be improved with a TSA lock function to better meet the security requirements for international air travel.
Finally, the ABS casing of the case also fulfils our expectations. It is resistant to knocks and scratches and yields slightly when fully loaded without breaking or sustaining damage.
