Our test of the HeviiHome® sniffer rug showed that the manufacturer fully lives up to its advertising promises.
The material quality and safety of the rug are excellent. The material is in perfect condition, has no visible defects, is soft and supple and no chemical odours could be detected. The carpet withstood strong pulls, bites and scratches without any problems.
The three different levels of difficulty are suitable for dogs of different sizes and abilities.
Cleaning and caring for the rug is uncomplicated as it can be machine washed at 30 degrees. In between washes, dirt and hair can be easily removed with a hoover and stains can be completely removed. The rug survived the machine wash undamaged and dried quickly in the air without losing its shape.
Thanks to the anti-slip studs on the back and the four firmly attached suction cups on the corners, it is fully slip-resistant . The mat stays in place on all tested surfaces (wood, tiles, laminate) without the need for an additional non-slip mat.
The user-friendliness of the mat is also satisfactory. It is quick and easy to set up and easy to fill with treats. The mat is immediately ready for use, all steps are intuitive and require little time.
