The VonBueren cool pack is a practical and useful everyday item that is particularly indispensable on hot days. Thanks to its square design with engraving, it fits perfectly in various cooler bags. Thanks to the engraving, it can also be used in open containers so that it can also cool individual bottles without any problems. However, it should be noted that the specified cooling capacity depends on the respective ambient temperature, e.g. the temperature of the cooler bag to be used.

The cool packs are supplied packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Depending on the product set selected, 4 batteries are shrink-wrapped and packaged in plastic film . A red plastic clip prevents the batteries from slipping so that they are securely tied up. Thanks to the sturdy cardboard box and the very robust material of the batteries, damage is virtually impossible. The packaging in plastic film is necessary because of the liquid. A multilingual instruction manual with important hazard warnings is included with the product, even if the operation is self-explanatory.

The cool packs are compact and square so that they can be easily stacked or stored next to each other. Thanks to the engraving, they can also be partially inserted into each other, albeit only to a limited extent. Nevertheless, they are very convenient to handle, especially as they are also easy to transport due to their compact size. The material is very robust and can withstand hard knocks or accidental drops. The closure is firm so that it remains tight even under pressure .

In the practical test, the tightness of the cool packs was tested first. To do this, slight pressure was applied, as can occur during transport in a cooler bag or through the effect of weight. This worked without any problems and the batteries remained tight. The weight is approx. 200 g as stated, individual deviations of a few grams are acceptable and do not impair the function of the cool packs. The material is very stable and has withstood rough handling without visible scratches, damage or even leaks. The edges are pleasantly smooth and nowhere sharp or pointed, so that no damage or injuries are to be expected. Even when exposed to heat, e.g. when freezing or defrosting, no damage or deformation was recognisable, meaning that the product fully met all 5 criteria in the practical test.
