The material from which the pads are made makes the surface extra soft and smooth . According to the seller, the nature of the product means that it can also be used without hesitation for ear infections .
The ear cleaners are very easy to use – they are simply pulled over the finger and can then be used immediately. Due to their small size , the cleaners can be used on any type of dog or cat, regardless of the size of the animal.

The ear cleaner pads were delivered in a sturdy cardboard box that was perfectly sized for the product.
Inside the box was the product itself. The pads are stored in a resealable plastic box , which is sealed with a plastic seal that has to be removed before opening.
Separate instructions for use are not included, but important information on use, subsequent storage and the ingredients can be found on the back of the box.
The first impression of the product is positive – the packaging looks very sturdy and the information on the outside of the plastic box is sufficient to provide enough information about the product.

The product Ohrenzauber from the Bettersation brand makes a good first impression.
After removing the cardboard box, a sturdy plastic box was revealed, which was still sealed. This shows the purchaser of the ear cleaner pads that the product is unused and as good as new.
The plastic box is handy, has a high-quality look and is reminiscent of the packaging used for cosmetic products.
After removing the seal, the flip-top closure on the top can be opened easily. Once opened, it is also clear that the product can be easily resealed after use. The lid snaps back into place with a soft click.
The ear cleaner pads are stacked vertically inside the product packaging so that a single pad can be taken if required .
The packaging and the pads make a solid first impression when you pick them up for the first time .
In terms of sustainability, it should be noted that the packaging is durable and stable plastic packaging , while the ear cleaner pads are disposable products that are disposed of after use.

The productwas tested in practice on a Norwegian Forest Cat.
Once you have taken a cleaning pad out of the packaging, you can use it immediately. It is noticeable that the product is slightly moist and has a very pleasant, fresh odour .
The nubs on the surface of the pad are soft and gentle and feel good.
In the practical test, use and cleaning went very well – it is advisable to proceed as gently as possible and to move the cleaning pad with great care over the inside of the ear.
Even with smaller fingers, the pads hold well and do not slip off. Due to the dimensions of the cleaning pad, it can be assumed that the product can be used for dogs’ and cats’ ears of any size. The size makes the pad very handy and you can easily reach the dirty areas .
An initial cleaning effect was achieved after just a short application time, without the cat being stressed .
After cleaning, it was noticeable that the inside of the cat ‘s ears looked pink , which indicates that the product was applied gently and is of high quality .
The product Ohrenzauber from the Bettersation brand was convincing in the practical test thanks to its high flexibility due to its size and ease of use, as cleaning successes were visible after just a short application.
