Wrapping
The calf supports from CORE GORIMO arrived for our test in a typical shipping box. Due to its size, it was easy to place in the letterbox. It was undamaged and easy to open thanks to the integrated tear strip. The box contained the compression stockings packed in a paper envelope together with instructions for donning and care. The packaging method ensures that the product is optimally protected from external influences. In addition, it is not necessary to remove any labels. Product protection is therefore fully guaranteed and the compression stockings are delivered in perfect condition . The packaging is also recyclable. The paper envelope contained the calf supports without any label, so no utensils were needed to remove the packaging. The correct handling (donning and care instructions) was described on a small card in German with pictures. The contact information can be found on the product box and in a small letter to the customer on the back of the instruction card. However, there is no customer hotline. Nevertheless, this is a very good way to send a product.

First of all, it should be mentioned that the calf supports make a very good visual impression. We didn’t notice any sewing faults, the material is elastic but still retains its shape. The product also impresses with its appealing yet simple design.
Information on the sustainability of the product can only be found for the packaging. In order to guarantee a long service life under the same conditions (elasticity and shape), the manufacturer provides tips for gentle cleaning of the compression stockings in the enclosed care instructions. We can therefore confirm that the compression stockings retain their original shape after washing at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. CORE GORIMO describes how to put on the sleeves in a small instruction booklet, which is particularly helpful for first-time customers. In the wear test, the product fits comfortably snug on the entire calf without constricting and was easy to put on and take off.
