The eyelet pl iers from CRAFTUS arrived for our test in the typical shipping box, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged.
The box contained the eyelet pliers, 200 eyelets, a punch and the warning and usage instructions printed on the packaging.
Unfortunately, plastic was used for the packaging of the eyelet pliers, but the product was completely protected in this case and was therefore in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the packaging is not completely recyclable for this reason.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging used was damaged.

After unpacking, there were many items on the workbench, including eyelet pliers, 200 eyelets, a punch and instructions for use printed on the packaging.
Although the instructions are quite brief, they are easy to understand due to the intuitive use of the eyelet pliers.
There are no problems during use.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find a telephone number on the packaging or in the instructions for use.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.6 stars. One criticism is that the eyelet pliers first have to pre-punch a hole in thicker material, as the eyelet pliers cannot create the hole on their own. Many customers like the good grip, the ease of use of the eyelet pliers and the strength of the eyelet. In our practical test, we were also able to confirm these points, but we found that pre-punching the hole did not cause any problems and this point of criticism sounds rather flimsy.
