In our practical test, the instant cold compress from IEA Medical completely fulfilled the manufacturer’s advertising promises. The cold effect of the compress goes beyond the stated duration of 25 minutes and provides continuous, noticeable cooling that actually lasts longer than 30 minutes. During use, the testers experienced a very pleasant sensation without any cold burning or unpleasant sensations .
Activating the compress proved to be extremely easy and was possible in less than 10 seconds , which emphasises the practical use of the product. In addition, the compress is so light that it is hardly noticeable when carried in the pocket and does not interfere with everyday life. Another positive aspect is the skin compatibility: no skin irritation or redness was noted either during or after use.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.5 stars. Some consumers criticise the fact that the cooling effect does not last long enough in some cases.
