The cardboard packaging protects the spice mills well and is designed to be environmentally friendly, without unnecessary packaging waste. The Dimono® spice mills impress with their simple and attractive appearance. With a diameter of 6 cm at the top, 5 cm in the middle and a total height of 13.5 cm, they have a sufficient capacity (approx. 100 g each for salt and pepper). The stability is very good, although the lid could be a little firmer. Despite the lack of explicit sustainability information, the mills are made from high-quality materials.

Handling the spice mills is simple and safe, grinding is relatively easy and requires little effort. However, the mills are somewhat large and bulky for women’s hands. The grinding performance varies depending on the spice, while stability and adjustability are consistently positive. The manufacturer largely lives up to its advertising promises, although there are isolated weaknesses in terms of adjustability.
