The OrthoMatra ProVital mattress from the Betten-ABC brand promises an unrivalled sleeping experience thanks to the combination of a high-quality pocket spring core with elastic cold foam toppers. This 7-zone pocket spring core mattress has been developed to maximise both comfort and support. Thanks to its permanent ventilation and moisture-regulating properties, the mattress contributes to a pleasant sleeping environment and reduces excessive perspiration. The ergonomic support of the spine and the selective body adaptation ensure a restful night’s sleep. Particularly noteworthy is the high-quality eco-wash climate fibre cover, which is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and therefore tested for harmful substances. However, easier handling would have been desirable, as the mattress is somewhat difficult to manoeuvre due to its weight.

For our product test, the OrthoMatra Provital mattress from Betten-ABC was delivered in the company’s own shipping box. The box was in perfect condition.
Inside, the mattress was rolled up in a thicker film around the mattress itself and a thinner plastic film that held everything together. We believe that a plastic film would be sufficient for product protection and that this should be reconsidered in terms of sustainability.
There was a large product label on the film with important data and information about the product as well as instructions for making a complaint. The box itself contained another sheet with the most important product information. After unpacking from the film, the mattress was in excellent condition, with no holes or stains. At first glance, the mattress makes a very good impression.

The OrthoMatra Provital mattress from Betten-ABC is visually appealing. The high-quality cover feels pleasant against the skin and the slightly glittering design gives it a high-quality touch. The workmanship is very good and the cover is firmly stitched.
The mattress is stable thanks to the tear-resistant cover, among other things. With regard to the sustainability of the product, it should be mentioned that the OrthoMatra Provital is certified in accordance with the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. This indicates that the production process is environmentally friendly and harmless to health .

In the practical test, the OrthoMatra ProVital delivered everything that the advertising promises.
The lying comfort leaves nothing to be desired. The mattress offers excellent ergonomic adjustment, which makes lying down extremely comfortable. The spine and joints are optimally supported and relieved without you sinking too deeply into the mattress.
The materials used are breathable and moisture-regulating, which creates a pleasant sleeping environment and reduces night sweats.
Another plus point is that the mattress does not develop any unpleasant odours; even immediately after unpacking, nothing of the sort was perceptible.
The mattress adapts flexibly to different sleeping positions and offers good pressure distribution and pressure relief over the entire body, regardless of whether you sleep on your stomach, side or back.
However, the weight of the mattress is relatively high, which limits its handling somewhat. Nevertheless, the mattress is easy to handle thanks to the four comfortable carrying handles as a turning aid.
To summarise, we can recommend the OrthoMatra ProVital mattress from Betten-ABC without reservation. It offers excellent lying comfort, supports the health of the spine and ensures an optimum sleeping climate thanks to its breathable and moisture-regulating materials .
