The Trinity wallet from the Scofield brand made a good impression in our test. With this product, the manufacturer impresses above all with its high-quality materials and flawless workmanship. The surface reliably withstands mechanical stress in the form of sharp edges or fingernails. The material is water-repellent and 100% animal-free. The product is also equipped with RFID protection in the form of an aluminum case and impresses with its elegant and modern design.
The points of criticism from our practical test are manageable. For example, we find the coin compartment a little too small for everyday use. It would also be desirable if the sliding mechanism of the aluminum case could separate the cards a little better, but the bottom line is that Scofield ‘s product is a high-quality and compact companion for every occasion that fits in any jacket or shirt pocket.

The Trinity wallet from the Scofield brand reaches us wrapped in paper with the brand lettering in a matt black, sturdy and compact cardboard box. The product comes with a contact card for the 24/7 German customer service team and a lovely welcome card, both also in a matt black design. In terms of sustainability, the manufacturer knows how to impress by avoiding unnecessary packaging waste and using recyclable materials. The product does not come with instructions for use, but there is no need for this with such a self-explanatory item. We find the packaging to be high-quality, inviting and lovingly designed, which puts the product in a very good light.

This is what our practical test showed
Does the manufacturer keep its advertising promises?
ℹ️ Our practical test has the highest relevance and therefore weighting. Here, the product has to undergo a wide range of criteria and tests. We check the functions and product promises of the test article.
Criterion | Remark | Score achieved* |
---|---|---|
Design | Elegant and modern, with card slot | 100 points |
Size/weight & functionality | Compact, larger coin compartment desirable, card drawer a little too short | 75 points |
Material quality and durability | Resistant to scratches, water-repellent, reliable locking mechanisms | 100 points |
Security | RFID protection with aluminum case | 100 points |
Sustainability | 100% animal-free, careful packaging | 100 points |
Total | 95 points |
*The maximum score is 100 points
In our practical test, the product impressed us with its simple and elegant design. The wallet looks modern and appealing, not least thanks to the drawer solution as a card compartment.
We find the very compact and clever product design pleasant. However, we find the coin compartment a little too small for everyday cash payments. An additional (larger) version would be desirable here.
We also took a closer look at the quality of the material and its workmanship. The manufacturer Scofield advertises its Trinity wallet with particularly high quality and very good workmanship.
In our practical test, we dragged the product over various surfaces, sharp edges and pointed fingernails. No scratches were visible on the product. The water-repellent properties can also be verified. The push button closes without much effort, the zipper and the spring slider of the aluminum case are equally smooth-running and yet reliable. As a result, the wallet appears very robust and reliable in our practical test and completely fulfills all the quality promises advertised by the manufacturer.
One point of criticism is that, in our opinion, the card compartment should separate the lower cards a little further. The outer three cards can be separated very well and held individually. However, as the spring suspension of the push mechanism works diagonally, the lower/inner cards are less far apart when they are pushed out. A linear guide might be desirable.
Last but not least, the fact that cards in the card holder benefit from RFID protection thanks to the use of aluminum should also be mentioned positively. The product is also 100% animal-free, which speaks for the product’s particular sustainability.
Price/performance ratio
and ratings from consumers
ℹ️ Finally, we examine how the product compares to the competition. Can it keep up with the competition in terms of price and quality? Would we generally recommend buying it? We also look at the consumer reviews and check whether the critical and positive reviews are actually justified.
Criterion | Remark | Score achieved* |
---|---|---|
Price / performance ratio | Very good performance in the upper price segment | 50 points |
Rating cut | 4.3 out of 5.0 on Amazon | 65 points |
Total | 58 points |
*The maximum score is 100 points
On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.3 stars. One common criticism is that the product has a coin compartment that is too small and that the zipper is very tight when more than a handful of coins are inserted. Many customers like the general workmanship of the product, the compact product design and the capacity for over 10 cards. In our practical test, we were able to understand the points of criticism as well as confirm the positive aspects.
Prices of up to €69.90 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as €24.99. The Trinity wallet from Scofield is therefore currently in the upper price segment with a price of €69.99. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio isreasonable.
