The Premium Frying Pan from Squality arrives in compact packaging consisting of a simple cardboard box and plastic film to protect it from dust and scratches. The product is securely fixed in place and comes without any unnecessary inserts or inserts. Although the use of plastic film is not ideal from an environmental point of view, it is understandable in view of the protection it provides against transport damage. Otherwise, the manufacturer completely dispenses with unnecessary packaging. There are no instructions for use or other information material included – which is not a negative factor here, however, as the use of a pan is self-explanatory. The most important product information (diameter, stove types, heat resistance) is clearly printed on a small label. Even when unpacking, the pan gives a high-quality and professional impression. The packaging protects the product reliably, but the manufacturer could score additional points in terms of sustainability by offering plastic-free alternatives.

The design is simple, functional, and elegant —completely black with a smooth surface and ergonomically shaped handle. The pan is available in several sizes and variants; in our test, we used the 28-centimeter model with a removable handle.
The weight is slightly higher than that of conventional non-stick pans, which is due to the solid construction and material thickness. This makes the pan appear very stable and durable. There are no manufacturing defects, scratches, or uneven areas – the overall workmanship makes an excellent impression. The removable handle locks into place cleanly and detaches without play, ensuring both safety and comfort.
The pan also scores points in terms of sustainability: it is designed to be durable and is dishwasher safe. According to the manufacturer, the non-stick coating is significantly more durable than conventional PTFE surfaces. This makes it a more environmentally friendly alternative in the long term, as it can be used for many years.
Overall, the pan impresses at first glance with its feel, stability, and high-quality construction —a thoroughly solid basis for the practical test.

In everyday testing, the Squality frying pan impressively demonstrated its quality. Even on first use, it was noticeable that the pan heated very evenly, regardless of the type of stove. On induction, gas, and electric stoves, it showed consistent frying performance without hot spots or uneven heat zones. The heat distribution is excellent, and the temperature can be controlled precisely.
The non-stick coating was also impressive: pancakes, fish, and vegetables could be turned easily without burning. Even after several cooking sessions, the surface remained smooth and free of residue. Despite its solid construction, it is comfortable to use – the ergonomic handle fits well in the hand, and thanks to its removable design, the pan can be used in the oven without any problems. With the handle, it is heat-resistant up to 260 °C, and without the handle, up to 400 °C.
The product proved to be very easy to clean. Grease and food residues can be easily removed, usually with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. The dishwasher was no problem – the coating remained intact and showed no signs of wear. Burnt-on food could also be completely removed with a little more effort.
In conclusion, the pan left an overall impression of high quality, suitability for everyday use, and durability. It combines sustainability with performance, offers excellent cooking results, and has a good coating.
