The product and accessories are supplied in a sturdy cardboard box. All the material is shrink-wrapped in a thin plastic film to protect it from the weather during transport. The operating instructions are in German and English and are very detailed, which makes installation and the correct choice of suspension very easy. Fitting the suspension strut is self-explanatory, as is adjusting the saddle.

The visual appearance of the product is sleek, matt and of high quality. At no time does it give the impression that it is an inferior or unstable product. The workmanship of the screw connections, which are important for driving safety, is very good throughout. The threads are clean and free of chips, as are the fixing points, which indicates that the product is always new. Another positive feature is that the bar is provided with marking points so that the adjustable height can be estimated, thus providing an orientation aid for subsequent readjustment.

In the practical test, the suspension seatpost was tested on an approx. 15 km long off-road tour with meadows, gravel and dirt tracks. The bike was a hardtail. After fitting the suspension seatpost, the impression was that it was a high-quality fully. The suspension was very comfortable at all times and could be easily adjusted to the body weight of the test person. The saddle position could be optimally adjusted without any problems and did not move at any time. The support was felt to be very secure and stable. A minimal delay was noticeable when rebounding or when riding on very bumpy sections of road, but this did not affect comfort.

At the time of testing, the product had not been listed on Amazon for long enough. Therefore, the existing reviews do not sufficiently reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the product, so this point is neglected in the evaluation.
Prices of up to €89.99 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very affordable products are available from as little as € 29.69 . The BikePeak® suspension seat post is therefore currently the cheapest with a price of € 29.95. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio is very good.
