The Verdi carpet was delivered in well-structured packaging tailored to the product size, which ensured adequate security during transportation. Nevertheless, the packaging showed the use of plastic materials, which could have a negative impact on the environment. The package contents included the Verdi rug in the size 60×90 cm and offered a wide selection with 15 different colors and 7 size variations. Despite the lack of sustainability information, the rug presented itself as self-explanatory to use and included care instructions that provided helpful information to consumers.

Our practical test of the Verdi rug confirms that the manufacturer largely fulfills its advertising promises. The ease of care is outstanding, and the rug is also suitable for the washing machine, which makes cleaning easier. The look presents an elegant appearance and a pleasant feel that corresponds to the product images. In addition, the rug showed remarkable slip resistance, so that it does not slip even when moving. The color fastness of the carpet in brown corresponds exactly to the expectations and images. In terms of the area of application, the carpet proved to be extremely versatile and is ideal for various surfaces. Overall, the Verdi carpet has largely fulfilled its advertising promises and offers an excellent combination of ease of care, visual responsiveness, slip resistance, color fastness and application versatility.
