The design siphon from Bächlein arrived for our test in the typical shipping box. It was undamaged on arrival and could be opened without any tools .
The box contained all the relevant parts and the instructions for use in product packaging . The packaging method optimally protects the product from external influences. As a result, product protection was fully guaranteed and the design siphon was delivered in perfect condition. The packaging is also recyclable. In this respect, the product leaves a very good first impression. Neither the design siphon nor the packaging used was damaged.

The tubetrap is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and solid brass. The dip pipe, wall pipe and odor trap are made of solid brass. The rosette is made of rubber. The wall pipe is 330 mm long. The immersion pipe is 220 mm long. The materials used make a stable impression. For this reason, we expect a very long service life.

We enjoyed working with the design siphon from Bächlein during the test. The siphon is made of very well-coated steel and looks solid.
In addition, the immersion pipe and the wall pipe were very long from the outset, so that after shortening (saw necessary) you can probably connect any washbasin really firmly and securely. The siphon can be opened at the bottom for cleaning with the key supplied. The look is elegant and the quality is excellent and it is easy to install. The gaskets seal well. Bächlein only uses high-quality, certified materials such as steel and silicone for its products. Since 2021, the company has been balancing its corporate ecological footprint to get an overview of how many greenhouse gas emissions they emit through their work at Bächlein. The breakdown makes it possible to identify potential for reducing emissions and to act accordingly. They attach great importance to continuously optimizing the resource cycle of their products. This sense of responsibility for the future is very remarkable.
