The first impression of the Freshner shoe deodorant is consistently positive. The cushions are neatly finished and come in a modern, stylish design in pink or blue. The ribbon at the end is firmly attached to the scented cushion, which makes handling easier and guarantees a long shelf life . The cushions are handy and can be easily stowed away in different shoes. The cushion is not only visually appealing due to its design, but also due to the choice of materials, which are robust and easy to care for, thus contributing to durability and user-friendliness. The product supports sustainability through the use of 100% natural and chemical-free materials. The cushions have a lifespan of up to one year and can be reactivated by sunlight , which emphasises their reusability.

The Freshner shoe deodoriser from SneakZcover was put through its paces in a practical test. The cushions proved to be effective in absorbing moisture and neutralising odours. They reliably absorb excess moisture and ensure a pleasant, fresh odour in the shoe. They leave no residue or stains on the shoes. This makes them particularly clean and practical to use, as no additional cleaning measures are required. Handling the scented pads is user-friendly: they are easy to insert into the different types of shoes and stay securely in place thanks to the firmly attached strap. On the seventh day of the test, there was a slight change in odour and moisture absorption. However, this change is minimal and hardly disturbing, so that the cushions still appear to be an effective solution for fresh shoes.
To summarise, the Freshner shoe deodorant impresses with its consistent performance, pleasant fragrance and ease of use.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.4 stars. Some people criticise the fact that the deodorant stops working after 4 weeks and is perceived as too expensive. On the other hand, the pleasant fragrance and effectiveness are positively emphasised. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the cushion absorbs the moisture and odour of various shoes well. At the time of testing, we were unable to make any statement about the long-term effect of 4 weeks.
