The TULPIG bathroom fan arrived in a standard Amazon box. The parcel was undamaged and was delivered very quickly.
The bathroom fan itself was packed in its own product box . The PAP and recycling symbol can be found on this.
The remaining storage space in the parcel was filled with crumpled paper. No plastic was used.
The CE marking, the WEE symbol, the model number, protection class and the power (V; W; Hz) are also present.
Overall, the product was compactly packaged and in very good condition.

After unpacking, there were four parts on the table. A replaceable air flap, the white bathroom fan, the operating instructions (written in German and easy to understand) and screws for mounting on the table.
All individual parts are packed in a separate plastic film. Less plastic would therefore have been desirable in the packaging of the TULPIG bathroom fan, but on the other hand this would have prevented soiling.
Overall, the product is packed very compactly.
The product box, the instructions for use and the product itself all contained important contact information apart from a telephone number. This gives the customer the opportunity to contact the manufacturer if they have any problems.

Opening the housing to access the inner workings of the bathroom fan is a little awkward, but prevents unintentional opening.
The operating instructions include a detailed description of the wiring diagram for the humidity sensor, the motion sensor and the timer. The instructions are illustrated with pictures and clearly described. Nevertheless, more detailed installation instructions would have been desirable . In addition, the electrical connection could be solved a little better in terms of accessibility. However, it is worth mentioning that the bathroom fan can be mounted not only on the wall or ceiling but also on windows.
The bathroom fan is pleasantly quiet during operation. The volume is
34 dbB and thus corresponds to a quiet room fan.
Thanks to the timer function with five levels (30s, 5min, 10min, 20min, 30min) and the humidity sensor, the bathroom fan from TULPIG can be customised to suit individual requirements. The sensor can be used to set the humidity level (60-90%) at which the TULPIG bathroom fan starts to work.
Furthermore, the built-in backflow protection prevents anything from the outside getting into the fan’s gears unintentionally.
