As part of our practical test of the VP250 vibration plate from Sportstech , we thoroughly scrutinised the manufacturer’s advertising claims. The noise level during use is constantly below 50 dB, which means that the device works exceptionally quietly and is hardly perceived as disturbing. This is a clear plus point for users who want to train in a quiet environment.
The vibration strength settings correspond exactly to the manufacturer’s specifications and are within a minimum tolerance, which emphasises the precision of the device. The remote control also works perfectly and without delay, even at maximum range. The programme settings are intuitive and easy to use, and no errors or irregularities were detected.
In addition, all users reported a very high level of comfort during training without any discomfort. This indicates that both the cushioning and the ergonomics are at the highest level. Overall, the VP250 fully fulfils the manufacturer’s expectations and promises.
