Overall, the packaging made a very good and well-thought-out impression during testing. The appliance was delivered securely packaged and was reliably protected from external impacts by a custom-fit cardboard insert . The machine and the included milk container were additionally wrapped in plastic film to effectively protect sensitive surfaces from scratches and damage during transport. The individual components were securely housed inside and clearly arranged, making unpacking and subsequent setup a breeze. The included user manual also stood out positively. It is clearly structured, available in multiple languages, and conveys the most important information on operation and setup in a clear and easy-to-follow manner. One minor criticism concerns the use of plastic film. While it provides reliable protection for the components, from an environmental perspective, more sustainable alternatives made of paper or cardboard would be preferable.
Overall, the packaging conveys a high-quality, functional, and carefully thought-out impression.

The high-quality feel of the materials is particularly striking, giving the fully automatic coffee machine an overall premium appearance. The build quality proved to be of a high standard in the test. All components are precisely manufactured and fit together perfectly. No sharp edges, protruding parts, or poorly finished elements were found. All components appear to be sturdily constructed and well-coordinated, suggesting careful manufacturing quality . Despite the overall excellent packaging, a small corner of the drip tray was broken upon delivery. However, given the otherwise excellent packaging, this is likely an isolated incident. After reporting the issue, a replacement part was sent promptly and without any hassle . The quick response and smooth handling left a positive impression and speak to a customer-oriented service.
Overall, this creates a harmonious impression that is convincing in terms of both material quality and workmanship as well as customer service.

The preparation of the ten available beverages, including cappuccino, latte macchiato, and Americano, was always smooth, trouble-free, and of consistently high quality. The 15-bar pump pressure ensured a consistent brewing process and even coffee extraction, which had a positive effect on the flavor.
As the test progressed, the machine also proved to be very user-friendly. The touchscreen control panel was well-organized and clearly structured, ensuring that inputs were executed precisely and without delay. It was particularly impressive that the coffee strength, beverage volume, and the amount and consistency of the milk foam could be adjusted directly in just a few steps. This proved especially practical when preparing several beverages in a row, as individual preferences could be quickly accommodated . The ability to permanently save personal settings further enhanced the ease of use.
The built-in grinder impressed with its flexibility. It could be easily adjusted to different bean varieties and roasts, allowing for customization. At the same time, the option to use ground coffee proved to be practical and suitable for everyday use, for example for decaffeinated varieties.
The milk frothing function also performed reliably in practical testing. The milk foam was even, fine-pored, and stable, allowing for the successful preparation of various milk-based drinks.
When it came to cleaning, the fully automatic coffee machine proved its practicality. The brew group was easy to remove and clean. Automatic cleaning and descaling programs, as well as the self-cleaning milk system, also made maintenance significantly easier and noticeably reduced the effort required in everyday use.
Overall, the Pro fully automatic coffee machine made a very convincing impression in the practical test. Particularly noteworthy are the intuitive touch control panel, the seven-stage grinder, and the versatile customization options for beverage parameters.
