The Nordbär brand sleeping pad arrived for our test in a typical shipping box, which was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged.
Inside the box, the sleeping pad was wrapped in a biodegradable plastic film. This prevents contamination and protects the product during transportation. In this case, the product was fully protected and the sleeping pad was therefore in perfect condition.
The packaging of the sleeping pad is fully recyclable.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging was damaged.
After unpacking

After unpacking, the sleeping pad lay packed in a bag on the floor of the living room.
Instructions for use are included with the product, and the product label also provides information on how to use the product. This information can also be found on the Amazon page.
Unfortunately, the customer is not offered a customer hotline as a contact option. However, the customer has the option of sending a letter or e-mail to the company using the address provided. This information is printed directly on the enclosed business card and on the packaging and can be easily viewed by the customer.

The Nordbär brand sleeping mat makes a very good visual impression in the test. In addition to the simple design, there are no manufacturing defects.
The mat is made of nylon and is waterproof and weatherproof thanks to its TPU coating. The product impresses with its low weight and good workmanship. The customer receives a mat that can provide good service.

We really liked the NORDBÄR brand sleeping pad in our practical test. We were pleasantly surprised by the simple design and compact size. We were also impressed by the low weight of the sleeping pad.
The sleeping pad can be used up to an outside temperature of 7° Celsius without any problems. During the sleeping test, the sleeping pad impressed us with its high level of comfort, although the usual turning noises associated with such products were not absent.
The product also kept its promise that the sleeping pad inflates within 10-15 breaths. In our test, we needed more than 14 breaths to fully inflate the sleeping pad. The valve is unusual at first, but serves the purpose of requiring fewer breaths.
Nevertheless, the sleeping pad is characterized by good comfort. Unpacking and packing the sleeping pad was very quick and easy.
We can definitely recommend it and will continue to use it in the future.
