The dumbbells are available in five different weight classes and can therefore support every training session from beginner to advanced.
Thanks to the neoprene coating, the dumbbells are non-slip and very comfortable to use. The sets are manufactured in Germany and can be returned within 30 days without giving a reason.

The 2-piece dumbbell set from Body & Mind®️ arrived in a standard shipping box. The product was delivered quickly and the box was easy to open.
Each dumbbell was packed in a plastic bag and then packed again in a cardboard box for shipping, which was perfectly matched to the dumbbell set. This meant that hardly any superfluous storage space was needed.
All in all, all the dumbbell sets ordered arrived in perfect condition. Product protection was fully guaranteed.
With the exception of the plastic bag, all packaging materials are fully recyclable. The use of alternative packaging materials to plastic is desirable, but may involve higher costs for the customer. All in all, the Body & Mind®️ 2-piece dumbbell set leaves a very good first impression.

After unpacking the set of 2 dumbbellsfrom Body & Mind®️, the two dumbbells were lying on the floor.
Apart from the address and website on the back of the product box, there were no other contact details or instructions on how to use the dumbbells. Further contact details (e-mail address, telephone number) would have been desirable.
Instructions for use are not absolutely necessary in this case, as the use of the product is more or less self-explanatory and very individual.
Overall, however, the dumbbell sets were packed very compactly so that unnecessary storage space and packaging waste could be avoided.

The dumbbell set of 2 from Body & Mind®️ offers two simple, pink-colored dumbbells. They are ideal for individual training at home. The dumbbells can be used to build, strengthen and keep different muscle groups fit.
Thanks to their small size , they are also very easy to transport.
The surface of the dumbbell set is coated with pollutant-free neoprene, which provides a lasting good grip during training even with increased sweating. This surface material also prevents damage to the floor, does not absorb any harmful substances from the surface and is easy to clean.
In addition, the dumbbells cannot roll away during training due to their nut shape .
