The TANNO winter jacket from Nebulus made a very good impression overall in our test. The jacket is available in different colors and sizes , regardless of whether it is a men’s or women’s version. It has a full-length zipper, a high collar and lockable pockets on the front. For our test, we received the jacket for men in the color navy and in size M. We received the women’s jacket in size M and the color red. The jacket fits our testers very well and the material quality and workmanship were just as impressive as the jacket in the practical test. This shows that the jacket fits comfortably for a long time, the smooth outer surface is extremely water-repellent and the inner lining of the jacket keeps you pleasantly warm.

In our case, the TANNO winter jacket from Nebulus was delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box. The shipping box was undamaged and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized, as it was filled to the top. This protects the environment: not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimized, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilization of the transport vehicles. The product packaging inside the box included the TANNO winter jacket. The product packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag in which the TANNO winter jacket was packed. The film is tear-resistant and not stretchable. A Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker with a barcode and the product name and size of the jacket. There are warnings on the back that the bag poses a choking hazard. The information is available in four languages, including German and English. The bag has an opening at the top, which is sealed with an adhesive strip on the film. The adhesive strip is reusable. If the winter jacket is to be returned, the bag can be resealed with the existing adhesive strip. ℹ️ Before we start the practical test, we take a close look at the product processing. How high quality are the materials used? Is the look and feel satisfactory?

For our test, we received the TANNO winter jacket for women in red. In the men’s version, we received the winter jacket in navy blue. In addition to this color, Nebulus also offers the jacket in other different colors. The red color of our women’s test jacket is very elegant and gives a subtle and timeless look. The TANNO winter jacket is a quilted jacket with row-shaped segments. These segments are filled with soft material. The outside of the jacket is made of typical winter jacket fabric, which is an extremely fine, wrinkle-free and even fabric.
The winter jacket is closed at the front with a full-length zipper . To prevent the zipper from letting cold into the inside of the vest, the jacket protrudes slightly on one side of the zipper on the inside, which provides additional insulation for the zipper. The zipper is black and there is also a black tag on the opener. There are also two pockets on the front in the stomach area, which can also be closed with a zipper . Easy-to-grip tags are attached to the zippers. The winter jacket does not have a high collar.
The outer fabric of the jacket is relatively thin, non-stretchy and tear-resistant. However, the lining is thick to provide good insulation. The seams are all even and clean. There are hardly any protruding threads and, if there are any, they are very short. Apart from this, there are no other manufacturing faultsto be found on the jacket.
Overall, the TANNO winter jacket with its different colors and Nebulus patches is a discreet and fashionable garment. The quality of the fabrics used, the seams and the overall workmanship are also impressive.

The TANNO winter jacket is available in various sizes between S and 3XL for men. Sizes S to XXL are available for women. For our test , we received the jacket in S for men and in size M for women. The jacket in S fits our tester, who is 170 cm tall, well. The winter jacket fits comfortably on the body and is the right length so that it ends at the right height. The women’s version in S fits our tester, who is almost 165 cm tall, very well, with room for a few extra centimetres.
Even after being worn for a long time, the jacket still fits very comfortably. Thanks to its construction with two layers of fabric and the lining in between, it keeps you very warm, even though it is relatively light. When the zipper is closed all the way to the top, the collar fits snugly around the neck and reaches up to the head. The collar thus fulfills its function and effectively protects the neck from the cold. The pendant on the zipper also makes it easy to operate with gloves.
During our test, the belly pockets proved to be extremely useful. The TANNO winter jacket also has a practical inner pocket in which valuables can be safely stored. This additional pocket inside the jacket is extremely practical and offers the opportunity to store important items safely.
An ideal winter jacket should be water-repellent . We therefore tested the jacket by spraying the surface with water. This shows the advantage of the smooth surface: it proves to be extremely water-repellent. The water rolls off immediately and falls to the ground. The surface of the jacket does not absorb any water and remains dry, so that the inside remains comfortably protected.
In the last part of our practical test, we washed the winter jacket according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For the TANNO jacket, this means an easy-care wash cycle at 30 °C without drying and ironing, which corresponds to the usual recommendations for comparable garments. Unfortunately, washing at 60 °C, as would be recommended after sporting activities or heavy soiling, for example, is not possible. After washing, the jacket smells of the detergent used, but otherwise there are no noticeable differences. The jacket survives the washing process without damage or fading.
Overall, the TANNO winter jacket impressed us in our practical test. It is extremely comfortable, keeps you warm, is highly water-repellent and also withstands washing without any problems.
