The large VANCOUVER lifestyle travel bag from Nebulus made a very good overall impression in our test. The travel bag has a main compartment, a side compartment that can be used for shoes, for example, and a side compartment for small items such as keys. All compartments can be closed with zippers. It is available in seven different colors. For our test, we received the travel bag in navy light gray. In our test, the bag proved to be robust and practical. It offers a good compromise between external dimensions and storage space, as it is ideal for storing several days’ worth of luggage. The material quality and workmanship are also impressive. The four handles and adjustable shoulder strap make the bag comfortable to carry. Unfortunately, there is no padding on the shoulder strap. However, the water-repellent coating on the inside allows for quick cleaning.

In our case, the large VANCOUVER travel bag from Nebulus was delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box. The shipping box was undamaged and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized as it was filled to the top. This protects the environment: not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimized, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilization of the transport vehicles. Inside the box was the VANCOUVER travel bag in its product packaging.
The product packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag in which the VANCOUVER travel bag was packed. The film is tear-resistant and cannot be stretched. A Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker with a barcode, the product name and the size of the travel bag. There are warnings on the back that the bag poses a choking hazard. The information is available in four languages, including German and English.
The bag has an opening at the top, which is sealed with an adhesive strip on the film. The adhesive strip is reusable. If the bag is to be returned, the bag can be resealed with the existing adhesive strip.
The shipping box and the plastic bag protect the VANCOUVER travel bag very well against damage and soiling.

The VANCOUVER travel bag comes with firmly sewn-on handles and an attached carrying strap. On the zipper there is a cardboard disc the size of a beer mat, which is printed on both sides in high gloss with the Nebulus logo, which can also be found on the product packaging.
There are no instructions for use, but they are not required. Washing instructions can be found on a label inside the bag, where this is illustrated with the familiar symbols. There is also information on the material composition of the VANCOUVER travel bag and the product name.

For our test, we received the VANCOUVER travel bag in navy-light gray. In addition to this color combination, Nebulus also offers the bag in five other color combinations as well as completely in black. The combination of navy blue and light gray gives the bag a modern design. The outside consists of a dense fabric with strong threads, which creates a rough surface . In the navy-light grey color combination, the majority of the fabric is in the basic navy blue color.
The basic shape of the bag consists of a flat, rectangular base and an arched structure . The base is 30 cm wide and 66 cm long. The structure reaches a height of 33 cm at the top. As the bag is not rigid but made of fabric, the shape adapts to the contents as required.
A zipper runs along the entire length of the top, providing access to the large main compartment. Two carrying loops are attached to either side of the zipper. One strap is relatively thin and fits snugly around the bag, while the second strap is significantly wider and longer. Both are made of a strong fabric like a tensioning strap. A handle is attached to one side in the middle of the wide loop, which can be opened with a Velcro fastener. The second, opposite carrying loop can be inserted into the handle.
In addition to the two carrying straps, the bag also has a carrying strap. This is made of the same material as the two carrying straps. The carrying strap is adjustable in length. There is a hook at both ends that can be hooked into the corresponding eyelets on the bag. The hooks and eyelets are made of sturdy black plastic. The hooks also have a spring-loaded metal bracket that locks them in place.
In addition to the large main compartment, the Vancouver travel bag has two other compartments that can also be opened with a zipper. One is located in the middle at the front and the zipper is integrated between the fixings of the carrying straps. The second side compartment is located on the right-hand side and has the same cross-section as the main compartment, but is significantly shorter. The zipper runs along the entire length of the arch.
The outside of the bag is decorated with Nebulus lettering above the second side pocket. The front is also decorated with a round logo. Attention has also been paid to the details of the look: Each zipper opener is extended with a loop. The loops feature a small Norwegian flag and the Nebulus lettering. The inside of the main compartment is partially covered with a black plastic layer . The dividers on the inside are made of a smooth, fine fabric that is also black.
The large travel bag also impresses with its good quality and workmanship . The materials used are tear-resistant, the fabric is thick and the seams are robust. The handles and carrying straps are also made of a tear-resistant material and are very sturdy. The good quality suggests a long service life.
Overall, the VANCOUVER travel bag is attractively designed and offers practical pocket carrying options. The quality of the fabrics used and the seams as well as the overall finish are also impressive.

In our practical test, the VANCOUVER travel bag proves to be the ideal companion forlonger trips. With its dimensions, it offers enough space to comfortably store all the items you need. It therefore offers a very good compromise between external dimensions and ample storage space inside. It can also be used as a sports bag or for a trip to the swimming pool with the whole family.
The bag is very comfortable to carry. Thanks to the option of connecting the wide handles with a Velcro fastener, the bag is comfortable to carry. The area of the handles around the Velcro fastener has an additional layer of fabric and therefore does not cut into your hands. The light weight of just 750 g also contributes to the comfortable carrying experience. The size of the shoulder strap can be adjusted quickly and easily to ensure an individual fit. Unfortunately, there is no padding attached to the shoulder strap. This would have been very comfortable, especially when the bag is fully loaded. However, as the shoulder strap is relatively wide, this is only a minor drawback.
The robustness of the travel bag, which is made from a hard-wearing material, should be emphasized. According to the manufacturer, this is polyester. This gives the bag stability and resistance to the stresses and strains of traveling. Even after our practical test, we were unable to detect any damage or signs of wear on the bag. The reliable zippers, which are equipped with practical loops, make it easy to open and close the bag.
The organization of the items inside the bag has also been taken into account. Keys, cell phone or other small items can be safely stored in the small outer compartment. It also means you don’t have to rummage around in the bag to find them. The side compartment also offers sufficient space. This allows shoes or boots to be stored separately.
Another remarkable feature of the bag is the water-repellent plastic coating on the inside. This protects the fabric from soiling and prevents dirt from penetrating the material. As a result, the bag stays clean for longer and retains its attractive appearance.
Overall, the VANCOUVER travel bag impresses with its generous capacity, pleasant carrying comfort, durability, reliable storage and water-repellent inner coating.
