Sneaker ROYAL in test 2023

In our test, the ROYAL trainers from the Nebulus brand proved to be the ideal companion for everyday summer wear, leaving a very good impression. The stylish sneakers in a stylish design are available in nine differentcolor combinations and different sizes for men and women. For our test, we received the shoes in white and black in size 42 for men and size 38 for women. They proved to be very comfortable with socks. The quality and workmanship are just as impressive as the sneakers in the practical test. This shows that the sneakers are not only extremely breathable , but also offer good support and feel comfortable even when worn for long periods. However, due to the thin material, the shoes are not suitable for low temperatures. This makes the shoes ideal everyday companions for hot summer days.

In our case, the ROYAL sneakers from Nebulus were delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box. The shipping box was undamaged and could be easily opened with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized as it was filled to the top. This protects the environment : not only is the amount of material required for the shipping box minimized, but the small space required by the package also ensures better utilization of the transport vehicles. Inside the box were the ROYAL sneakers in their product packaging.
The product packaging is an opaque plastic bag with Nebulus print on both sides. The bag can be opened at the top with a resealable closure. If the shoes need to be returned, the bag can be reused.
The bag also has warning labels indicating a choking hazard. Although the warnings are only in English, the dangers are also illustrated with clear symbols. On the opposite side there is a sticker showing the product name, color and size of the shoes. The inside of the shoes is lined with tissue paper to keep them in shape.
The shipping box, plastic bag and tissue paper protect the ROYAL sneakers very well from damage and soiling.

As you would expect, the ROYAL sneakers do not require any additional accessories and are supplied without them. The laces are already threaded into the eyelets. On one of the shoes there is a cardboard disk the size of a beer mat, which is printed on both sides with the Nebulus logo in high gloss, as can also be found on the product packaging.
There are no instructions for use, but they are not needed. A label is sewn onto the inside of the shoe tongue, which provides information about the manufacturer, production location and material composition.

There are nine different color combinations to choose from for the ROYAL sneakers. For our test, we received the sneakers for both men and women in the combination of white and black. The shoes are typical trainers with an elastic sole and a fabric upper.
The fabric of the upper and the side edges of the sole are white. The underside of the sole, on the other hand, is black, as are the laces and a wide decorative strip on the side surface below the heel. The shoes are also decorated with a pattern on the upper and two discreet Nebulus letterings on the tongue and the back. Overall, the sneakers look elegant and stylish thanks to the white color combination.
The fabric of the construction is strikingly thin. While the inside is made of uniform fabric, the outside features sophisticated embroidery that creates three-dimensional patterns. Another special feature is that the tongue is firmly sewn to the side panels along its entire length. The laces are threaded through fabric loops provided for this purpose and lie parallel to each other. The shoe sole is made of smooth rubber and has a light profile with two deep cuts. It is thin at the front and becomes increasingly thicker towards the back.
In the online store, the upper material is only imprecisely described as textile , while polyurethane is specified as the sole material. Despite the thin material, the shoe fabric is tear-resistant and hardly stretchable. The seams are also neatly finished and stable. The good workmanship and high quality suggest a long service life.
Overall, the sneakers make a high-quality impression despite the thin fabric. The quality of the fabrics used and the seams as well as the overall workmanship are also impressive.

The ROYAL sneakers from Nebulus are promising companions for warm summer days thanks to their thin fabric. In our practical test, the ventilation also proved to be excellent. The breathable material inside the shoes makes a significant contribution to keeping feet cool and dry even in hot temperatures. Even on particularly warm days, the ventilation ensures a comfortable fit and effectively prevents excessive sweating. However, the shoe is hardly suitable for lower temperatures, as the material has almost no insulating effect.
One disadvantage, however, is that the fabric on the inside is too rough for the shoe to be worn comfortably without socks. The fabric rubs unpleasantly, especially on the heel , if no socks are worn. By dispensing with socks, the shoe could offer an even more comfortable temperature level in summer.
The slip resistance of the ROYAL sneakers is also very good. The sole has an effective profile that provides sufficient grip for everyday wear. Despite the smooth surface of the sole material, the shoe offers good grip on wet, smooth tiles.
For our test, we received the shoes in size 42 for men and size 38 for women, so the shoes fit our tester with shoe size 42 very well. Our tester usually wears a size 39, but the shoes are clearly too small for her and she is unable to put them on. Nebulus shoes are available in sizes 36 to 42 for women and 41 to 46 for men.
If the shoe fits, it offers enough room for the toes and is comfortable to wear. The flexible sole and thin fabric ensure that the shoe is comfortable and light. As the thin fabric hardly retains its shape, the shoe structure adapts directly to the individual shape of the foot. Overall, the summer sneakers are comfortable to wear, even during long walks or sporting activities.
In summary, our practical test shows that the ROYAL trainers from Nebulus are particularly suitable for hot summer days thanks to their good ventilation. Here, the shoes impress with their comfort and good support. For colder days, however, we recommend a different type of footwear due to the lack of insulation.
