The colored contact lenses from FUNZERA® made a very good impression in our test. The product is particularly suitable for completing costumes for Halloween, fancy dress, carnival or cosplay. The black contact lenses without prescription impress with their simple and hygienic application, their good quality and their very thin material. They are suitable for almost any eye color, are largely opaque and are available in many other color variations. Instructions for use in larger print would have been desirable.

The colored contact lenses from FUNZERA® are delivered in a well-sealed shipping box. The package contains two hygienically packaged contact lenses, a reusable contact lens container and detailed instructions for use. The product itself is compactly packed in another box to ensure complete product protection. However, due to the coated cardboard, the product cannot be considered sustainable. The back of the packaging shows the sturdy plastic container with the contact lens through a hole. This allows the lens color to be clearly identified.
With regard to the instructions for use, it should be noted that they could be easier to read if they were in larger print. There is also a small QR code on the outer packaging that refers to instructions for use in Korean or English.

The colored contact lenses from FUNZERA® impress with their high-quality appearance. They are safe and protected indimensionally stable plastic trays. The packaging and product design are well thought-out, compact and appealing and have a high recognition value. With regard to the finish, it should be noted that the lens is not completely opaque black. Depending on the incidence of light and time of day, your own eye color may therefore be partially visible. With regard to the sustainability of the product, it should be noted that it is a hygiene product that must be protected from external influences. The use of plastic containers and the resulting packaging waste is therefore unavoidable, but the contact lens container can turn it back into a reusable product . However, it should be noted that the corresponding contact lens solution must be purchased.

The colored contact lenses from FUNZERA® are very thin and soft, which makes them easy to insert, wear and remove. Handling the thin lenses can be a challenge for first-time users, but the enclosed instructions for use provide helpful tips. The lenses are comfortable to wear as they are thin and do not get in the way. Even after wearing them for four hours, there was no discomfort. The eye was not irritated and there was no stinging, burning or drying out. The lenses could have been worn even longer. A minimal restriction of the field of vision was noted. However, this is not unusual with colored contact lenses. The instructions for use are clearly worded, provide comprehensive information and warn of possible complications. For example, it is recommended to use eye drops for moisturizing and to consult an ophthalmologist in the event of eye irritation.
The colored contact lenses are suitable for various festivities such as theme parties, carnival or Halloween, where they are an impressive eye-catcher.
