The massage gun is extremely easy to use and requires no prior knowledge or effort. The low weight of only 800 g and the battery operation make handling particularly pleasant. The promised relaxation of tension and the effective treatment of specific muscle groups to improve performance and regeneration were confirmed in our test. The different massage heads allow individual adjustment to the needs of different muscle groups. The deep tissue massage actually reduces muscle soreness and tension, resulting in a noticeable feeling of relief and relaxation. The massage gun is suitable for the entire body with the exception of the head area. The safety instructions provided in the operating instructions ensure safe use. Nevertheless, an indication of the maximum pressure strength for certain areas of the body would have been desirable . The customer can currently choose between the colors black and grey.
