The workmanship is excellent, there are no visible defects or unclean transitions. Thanks to the extra strong resistance, a training effect of approx. 30 kg (beginners and lightly trained) or 50 kg (advanced and professional) resistance is achieved. The width is 42 mm and the king spring has two ergonomic handles to ensure a secure grip. The flex dumbbell is also equipped with nylon safety loops. The product offers excellent stability and the material gives a robust impression.
