When it comes to the sustainability of packaging, there is room for improvement. In particular, the use of a plastic bag as packaging material could be reconsidered and replaced with more environmentally friendly alternatives. This step would not only reduce the environmental impact, but also improve the ecological image of the product. The contents of the package fully met expectations. There were no defects and all components were present. This reliability in providing the complete set contributes to customer satisfaction. The e-book was in German and clearly written. This ease of use is particularly helpful for customers who do not want to read or follow complicated instructions.
