At first glance, great importance is attached to product protection and packaging. The wine cooler was packaged in a custom-fit cardboard box, which ensures optimum protection of the product. With regard to the sustainability of the packaging, it was noted that the gift packaging of the wine cooler is shrink-wrapped in a transparent plastic film. This film serves as additional protection against soiling and damage during transportation. However, we are of the opinion that this film can be dispensed with as the product packaging is already sufficiently robust. Overall, however, care has been taken to avoid unnecessary packaging material.
When we opened the gift box, we examined the contents of the packaging and were pleased with the size of the set. In addition to the two wine cooling rods, we found a decanter and a bottle stopper in the packaging. These additional items extend the range of use of the wine cooling wand and offer the user a variety of options.
The instructions for use have proven to be very useful. They are very detailed and printed on the inside of the packaging so that they are easily accessible. The detailed instructions enable the user to use the wine cooler without any problems and ensure optimal use.

In order to use the wine cooling rack, a lead time of approx. 1 to 2 hours in the freezer compartment is required. During this time, the cooling elements inside the wine cooling rod cool down sufficiently to ensure optimum cooling performance. It is advisable to place the wine cooling rack in the freezer compartment in good time so that chilled wine is available at all times. It is particularly practical that the set contains two cooling rods of different lengths. This means that bottles of different sizes can be cooled individually and optimally. Unfortunately, the cooling rod does not fit into smaller bottles. Before inserting the wine cooling rod into the bottle, it is advisable to pour off some of the wine. This prevents the contents of the bottle from overflowing. The use of stainless steel also ensures that no undesirable changes in taste or harmful substances get into the wine.
