Both the outer and inner boxes were in perfect condition. The contents were also in perfect condition and showed no signs of damage or wear. The small hand pump was rated as high quality and durable , ensuring quick inflation of the neck brace. The manufacturer did not provide any information on the sustainability of the product. Due to the high-quality workmanship of the product, it can be assumed that the neck brace will have a long service life .
